Liz is an industry leader with a vision and goal for TES Consultants that is built on personal relationships and trust with clients, partners and colleagues. Before starting TES Consultants, Liz supported leadership at DOD, DOT, NIH, Treasury, DHS, USAID and the private sector on FedRAMP, CDM and other cybersecurity requirements.

Mr. Lynwood Owens

Member

Mr. Lynwood Owens, Jr. incorporated LBO Technology, LLC in April of 2009, and he is the sole executive as President/CEO. LBO Technology is an emerging SBA Certified HUBZone and 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Small Business operating on 14 contracts, 12 as a prime contractor. LBO Technology supports US Navy, US Army, US Air Force, DISA, WHS, DIA, HHS, EPA, and DOI as a prime contractor. Mr. Owens has 27 years of an accomplished career track down throughout the federal government contracting industry for delivering and sustaining revenue, and profit gains in a highly competitive market.

Mr. Shawn Robinson

Member

Mr. Shawn Robinson is dedicated to assisting organizations in finding innovative solutions to their business challenges and transforming ideas into reality. He is a natural connector and a skilled software engineer with over 20 years of technical sales supporting, primarily in the commercial sector. He currently works for SolutionsStream, a 28 year-old custom software development firm with over 2,000 products built for their customers.

Dr. Scott White

Member

Scott J. White, Ph.D. is a Clinical Criminologist and Director of the Cybersecurity Program at The George Washington University’s College of Professional Studies. He holds numerous advanced degrees and, among other roles, has served in both the Canadian Military Intelligence Command and the Canadian Security Intelligence Service. 

Dr. White has consulted with a variety of Fortune 500 companies and law enforcement agencies in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. He has also helped to lead the development of the GW Cyber Academy, which offers educational programs, training facilities and applied research in cybersecurity.

 

Mrs. Beth Kramer

Beth Kramer is the CEO and owner of Engenix, Inc., a defense company headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama. Engenix, under Beth’s leadership, specializes in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, Information Technology (IT), and training modernization. Throughout her extensive professional career, Beth has held various leadership roles, working for the US Government, large corporations, and small businesses. In addition to her corporate achievements, she has taught computer science at several universities. Beyond her professional endeavors, Beth is deeply committed to community service. She actively participates in various leadership and small business non-profits and is set to become the next Board Chair at The Catalyst, a non-profit organization affiliated with the Small Business Administration (SBA) dedicated to supporting small businesses.

Our Team Cares

At TES Consultants, we strive to remain outwardly focused with our clients and with nonprofit organizations that go the extra mile in our communities and beyond. We’ve built a strong culture of giving to the causes that are personally important to us. For example, we partner with Title I schools to provide snacks and meals to students and their families each month. On a quarterly basis, we select an employee’s favorite non-profit and give toward helping them fulfill their mission, and our outreach continues to expand with the large projects we participate in each year. Some of our nonprofit partners include The Salvation Army, Open Doors Shelter, Step Sisters, American Cancer Society, and Bailey’s Crossroads.
