- Malicious requests fell 88.9% (4,205 → 465) - June's spike has fully resolved. Threat volume is now the lowest across all reporting periods to date.
- France dropped 39.2% (21,471 → 13,057) while Germany held relatively flat (-3.8%). US continues to grow, up 7.8% to 67,641 requests.
Google Analytics Insights
- User volume declined sharply 68.4% (193 → 61) - however, this is offset by a significant jump in engagement quality across all metrics.
- Average engagement time doubled to 1m 10s (+100%) and engaged sessions per user rose to 1.21 (+77.9%) - the site is attracting fewer but more intentional visitors.
- Direct traffic engagement hit 1m 22s this month (+257%), the highest single-channel engagement recorded to date. Direct visitors are exploring the site in depth.
- Organic Search grew to 43% share (+18pp) - now nearly equal to Direct. Despite fewer total users, organic quality remains strong at 57s engagement.
- Organic Social returned after skipping June (1 user, 35s engagement). Referral fell to 1 user but engagement jumped to 33s vs June's 9s.
- The pattern of fewer users with higher engagement may reflect seasonal variation or a shift in audience mix - worth tracking through August to confirm the trend.
